ALAN DANE

Recognised by Ofsted for leading a happy school in which “staff morale is high” and known by colleagues for “a unique ability to find the best in everyone”, Alan is highly effective at helping individuals and organisations live and breathe their moral purpose.

He led a girls’ comprehensive academy from having falling rolls and high staff turnover to being a popular local school with a full complement of permanent subject specialist teachers, securing an Outstanding judgement as a result.

Alan’s current portfolio of work includes: coaching and training leaders develop and hold to a strong vision; helping a number of schools to increase their student numbers; and, working with a team of educational psychologists to manage changes to their service.
